New Media encompasses a broad scope of digital systems that deliver entertainment and informational content to computers, PDAs and other wireless devices, such as cell phones. Our New Media Agreement covers original and derivative entertainment productions made for initial release on the Internet, mobile devices, or other emerging platforms. The Interactive Agreement covers interactive entertainment programs such as video games.
