Committee Service Request Forms

Interested in serving your Union? You must meet these eligibility requirements:

• All National and Local Committee members must be active, paid-up members of Screen Actors Guild to serve and participate in meetings.
• Dues delinquent members will not be eligible to serve or participate in meetings until dues have been fully paid.
• Local Committees require that you be a member of the Division or Branch (e.g. Hollywood, New York, Chicago)
• Other committees may require that you also serve as a National Board member
• Certain New York Local committees may require that you complete a questionnaire, be interviewed or provide a formal letter detailing years of SAG membership, experience and reasons for joining.

If you are eligible and would like to serve on a committee, please complete the appropriate Committee Service Request Form for your Division. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email noting that the information has been received.
