Screen Actors Guild Florida Branch Announces Your New Leadership Team

Dear Florida Branch Members:

On September 22, 2009, Screen Actors Guild announced the election results for the Florida Branch elections.

Florida Branch President Steve Gladstone, Branch Vice President Ellen Wacher, Branch Recording Secretary Patrick Mickler and current Councilors at Large Deanna Case, Dan Fitzgerald, Allison McKay, Brett Rice, Santara Sidersky, Matt Simpson, and Stephen Testa along with National Board Member Nancy Duerr welcome the following newly elected candidates to the Florida Branch:

Dave Corey / National Board Member / three-year term
Charles Ferrara /Councilor at Large / three-year term
Adam Vernier / Councilor at Large / three-year term
Peter Gabb / Councilor at Large (representing Louisiana/Mississippi) / three-year term
Jerry Winsett / Councilor at Large (representing North and South Carolina) / three-year term
Debbie Howard / Councilor at Large (representing South Florida)  / three-year term
Carmen Lopez / Councilor at Large (representing South Florida) / three-year term
Jay Amor / Alternate Council Member at Large / one-year term
Kevin Dean-Hackett / Alternate Council Member at Large / one-year term

Those members elected as Council Members at Large will also be elected as Alternate National Directors who may be called upon to serve at National Board Meetings when the National Board members from the Florida Branch are unavailable to attend.

The newly elected leaders will assume office on September 25, 2009.
