We know it's been a while, but we want your submissions for Actors Corner! Let us know what local principal work you've done under an AFTRA or SAG contract during 2009. All submissions must be submitted on our standard submission form, which is available by clicking here or by calling the AFTRA/SAG office at (617) 262-8001 or e-mailing boston@aftra.com.
In response to the state budget crisis, Governor Patrick today suggested to the legislature that the Massachusetts Film and TV Tax Credit be capped at $50 million per year. The proposal is to impose the cap as early as March of 2010 and to have it extend for the next two fiscal years – 2011 and 2012. With tax credits averaging between $75 to $100 million per year, this could reduce potential production in our state by as much as one-half.

If you would prefer to have your Guide mailed, you must send a check for $5 made payable to AFTRA/SAG to cover the cost of shipping. Upon receipt, we will send your copy of the guide along with your headshot.
If you did not participate in the Guide, AFTRA and SAG members may purchase a copy for $25.
